Students excelled in the India’s Premier Annual Environment Examination

GREEN Olympiad is an annual written examination on environment initiated by The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) in 1999. The exam is conducted by Environment Education & Awareness Area (EEA) of TERI and attracts participation from school students across India and abroad. Like previous years, this year also our students participated in this National Level Examination and excelled too. Piyush Mahato (Class V) who excelled in the NGSE Mains has also done well in the Green Olympiad Examination 2018 & bagged the Merit Position. Further, Souradeep Dey (V), Arijit Sahoo (V), Asit Raj (V) and Sneha Somondal (VIII) attained the Merit Position in this National Examination. They have received the certificates of Merit from TERI. Mrs Sutapa Acharya, the Principal of Guru Teg Bahadur Public School, Durgapur blessed and praised the children for their incredible achievement. It has been a true moment of Pride for our children.
